I wish to make a complaint on Airasia. I bought a flight ticket for my friend from Kuching to Kota Kinabalu 21 October 2009 at time 2230 and then Kota Kinabalu to Kuching on 26 October 2009 at time 1650. There is no complain on Kuching to Kota Kinabalu trip, but for Kota Kinabalu to Kuching is terrible. The flight is cancelled and reschedule to next morning which is 27 October 2009 at time 0645.

A so called Convenience Fee is being charged by AirAsia for online credit card or Debit card payments and i don't understand what is the logic of charging Convenience Fee back to consumer if Airasia is making huge profit ? If refer to the explanation on the AirAsia website the fee is meant to recover costs in implementing, upgrading and maintaining their online payment systems. It subsidises but does not cover the full costs of the related systems but this doesn't mean that we as a consumer would need to absorb those cost. Airasia is promoting to purchase tickets online and they doesn't want people to call their call centre and queing up at

I am complaining against Ambank's Current Account System.The system is very rigid in such that it is impossible to register myself as the authorized signatory even after 2 years from the date of an unfortunate incident which befallen me. I was trying to get myself to be included in the signatory section for the company account. Each company account requires 2 signatures.

The company's representative are in the shopping malls where they usually have their outlet there, distributing their vouchers. They will give out free stuff for the sake of promoting their products. Broadband Services Time To Change !!!

I would like to complain of the slow & unstable broadband internet that I subscribed to (Digi Internet).Many times I have raised my complaint through phone call to Digi Internet support. But they couldn't provide a good solution or fulfill their commitment as promised to solve this problem untill today.

Dissapointed with Fireflyz .....

This is my 1st experience and also bad experience honeymoon trip with fireflyz.My flight is 11.20am from koh samui - subang, we have to check in 2 hrs early according to the hotel staff.i have been check in counter at 9.10am but queue up almost 1hr for checking due to a big team (almost 48 people) for group checking. There should be "group checking" counter (like other international flight)

I just received ASTRO monthly bill for the month of Nov, 09. To my surprise, my family+1mini+sp is newly charged at RM66.95 as compared to RM62.61, Few months ago I just had an increased of RM12 due to sport channel cost increment, and I needed to reselect the package to reduce the price and now another surprise from ASTRO. What's ASTRO reason this time? ASTRO has not givent us an announcement for the price increase but keep on charging us as they wish. ASTRO is doing this as they are the monopoly for satellite TV and customers are bearing their expenses.

Saya ingin mengadu mengenai caj yang dikenakan oleh syarikat smsinfo.com.my yang sering masuk ke bil telefon saya pada setiap bulan sebagai SMS service-received. Padahal saya tidak pernah melanggan apa-apa perkhidmatan dari syarikat tersebut. Syarikat tersebut menghantar SMS dari nombor 33112 dengan mengenakan caj RM3 setiap sms yang saya di terima. dan hampir setiap hari saya akan menerima sms tersebut dan d caj ke bil telefon saya. Saya dikenakan caj tanpa persetujuan atau permintaan saya.

I have P1 Home-Pro Package (2.4Mbps download & 500kbps upload – RM199/month) for sometime. However, I have been experiencing major slowness (below 800kbps download) since early Oct 09. Network respond problem only happen on pick hours such as night and weekend. There is P1 ticket: 265559 was open and assist by XXXXXX on Oct 13, 2009. The last discussion to have someone from P1 field support to be onside but not able to do that since P1 network is down from Nov 2, 2009 until today.
