Saya telah membuat aduan berkenaan penggunaan kredit kad saya yang tidah sah dimana saya telah di'caj' pada bulan  January 2009.

Saya telah dikatakan telah menggunakan perkhidmatan di sebuah Hotel di Miri. Pada waktu sama saya tidak berada di Miri.

Aduan dibuat terhadap: UOB Bank.

NCCC's Advice: Please make an official complaint to the bank and ask for an explaination if there is no proper answer than make to us the complaint and we will write to the bank and ask for their explaination and also try our level best to settle the problem. We also do forward the complaint to other channel such as Bank Negara.
