I am complaining against Ambank's Current Account System.The system is very rigid in such that it is impossible to register myself as the authorized signatory even after 2 years from the date of an unfortunate incident which befallen me. I was trying to get myself to be included in the signatory section for the company account. Each company account requires 2 signatures.

Please be reminded that unfortunate incident which got me into the BMClist in Bank Negara was actually due to a personal issue thereby personal cheque problem under the newly D-CHEQ system introduced then. This D-CHEQ system is actually introduced to automated banking services. But from my first hand experience with the system, I found it to be ridicious, rigid & rightly useless.
Status : Matter has been escalated to Ambank & Bank Negara for their immediate attention and action to resolve this matter.
Advice : We hope to receive more complaints to receive from consumers to share the problems and to resolve the unknown problem face by consumers out there.
