I staying at Apartment Sri Baiduri Ukay Perdana, Ampang Selangor. Currently we are being charges $55 for maintenance and $5 for sinking fund by our Maintenance , ALIRAN TECHNOLOGY Sdn BHd. The management of this apartment is under BADAN PENGURUSAN SRI BAIDURI .

Since last 4 year, the maintenance  are always keep changing from one to another and ALIRAN TECHNOLOGY is the fourth  ones to take over our maintenance issues until to date. SiNCE last 4 years , what inquiries us as the tenant of Sri Baiduri ,there is no record  updated or written document has been issue or published to us regarding the sinking fund money. Where is the money ? How much amount inside the account and so on..... ? How the money been use ..... ?

I completely 200% disagree my flight has change:

FROM>> 1 Dec 2009 Kuala Lumpur LCCT(KUL) at 09:50hrs and arrive in Husein Sastranegara Airport(BDO) at 10:55hrs
TO>>  4 Dec 2009 Kuala Lumpur LCCT(KUL) at 20:30hrs and arrive in Husein Sastranegara Airport (BDO) at 21:35hrs

The flight change are completely absurd! I've planed my schedule with my 20 employee at 12:00hrs but if my flight change to 20:30 and arrive at 21:35 chaotic and jumbled!!!

Saya membeli sebuah komputer riba (laptop) secara ansuran dan mengambil insurans perlindungan berjumlah RM 199 pakej emas dari Courts yang menjanjikan barang-barang saya dan perjanjian ansuran akan dilindungi jika berlaku kebakaran, kecurian atau kemalangan lain yang tidak termasuk bencana alam. Pada 6/5/2009, pejabat saya telah dirompak dan saya telah membuat aduan polis.

This is Chin. I'm one of those victims of clone calls way back in the 90s.

I went to Maxis centre trying to apply for a line but was told that i'm blacklisted by Celcom and thus they will not be able to accept me. I went to Celcom centre and found out that i have really been blacklisted by them because their system shows that i have an outstanding balance of RM 675.00 from my old account (mobile number 010-2297121) with them. So, i requested more detail info from them as i want to know how do they arrive at this amount.

I bought a second hand car, Nissan Frontier 2.5 Diesel Green Engine (no plate: WLY 5999) from a used car dealer on the 17th of September 2009. During inspection of the vehicle, everything was looking good except for the starting of the engine. It took some time to jerk up the engine, so I was explained that the cause of this is due to a faulty starter in the car, and repairs to it will cost around RM300 to RM500 and the salesman is willing to give me a discount on the car and told me to repair it myself.

Pada 26/10/2009, saya ada membeli tilam Elite 5'x6'3"x8" Spring Mattress (BM589) di Courts Mammoth, Jalan Genting Kelang dengan harga RM99.00 dan caj penghantaran sebanyak RM89.00 dimana jumlah bayaran adalah RM188.00 (RM99.00 + RM89.00). Saya berurusan dengan seorang kakitangan bahagian jualan yang memperkenalkan dirinya sebagai Kak Zie (012-6100533). Disebabkan saya ingin menggunakan tilam tersebut dengan kadar segera, saya cuba mendapatkan pengesahan beliau sama ada bolehkah tilam tersebut dihantar pada hari ahad 01/11/2009.

Celcom has offered their Celcom Broadband Advance Service (with model for high speed connection) that capable of delivering the connection upto 3.6Mbps for the place I’m staying in Taman Mutiara Indah, Puchong. I’m interoduced to Celcom Broadband Advance Service in PWTC during the PC Fair (12th Apr’09), the promoter from Celcom Mobile Sdn. Bhd. (27910-A) of Marketing Department has verify the coverage for 3G high speed connected based on my address and commiting of the high speed connection before I’m offered to sign an one-year service contract.

My name is XXXXX. I am using the Celcom Line service. But its has been registered under my sister’s name XXXXXX. We registered the line was in Melaka. The registration under my sister name but I am using the principal line and we also had another two lines as supplementary.

Saya merupakan seorang pengguna streamyx dan saya menggunakan line 1M. Apa yang berlaku adalah saya mendapati line connection saya terlalu lambat. Oleh itu saya pun menghubungi pihak TMnet melalui no. berkenaan 1300888123. Bukan sekali sahaja saya menelefon pihak TMnet akan tetapi sudah beberapa kali saya menelefon TMnet dalam bulan ini.

Setiap kali panggilan yang saya buat di jawab oleh operator yang bertugas berkenaan dan saya pun menceritakan apa masalah yang terjadi. Mereka cuba menyelesaikan masalah saya. Memang tidak boleh dinafikan bahawa mereka dapat menyelesaikan masalah saya.

I am very disappointed with our largest bank - Maybank at their indifference and poor attitude in attending to my complaint. After 6 weeks; I still do not receive a good reply for my complaint as below :-

I would like to bring to your attention about the insufficient security at the MBB ATM area at your Wangsa Maju branch. On 27 Aug 2009, my ATM card was switched by a team of swindlers who exchanged my card while I was performing a transaction by distracting me with some money thrown on the floor.
