I want to complaint about the delayed services of MAS. My flight is delayed for more than 12 hours and need to know what kind of compensation do the affected parties entitled too for this kind of poor services from MAS. I have travelled in MAS previously and it was good, but lately for this month I have travelled with MAS and there is a lot of delays and cancellation which was not address to passengers.

On 11/12/2009 at 1pm, I went to Secret Recipe IOI Mall, Puchong to have my lunch. I've ordered their Anniversary RM12 Set Meals. About 5 minutes after my order, a waiter named Tines came to me and said that the Anniversary RM12 Set Meals was not available "at the moment". I immediately asked what does it mean "at the moment"? Because in their advertisement, it stated the offer is from 1/12/2009 to 12/12/2009 and the day I went is 11/12/2009 which is still under the offer period.

Although I have sent 3 reminders since 1 Dec 2009, it seems no reply at all from Airasia respective department, and this was not the 1st time i experienced "no reply POLICY" from Airasia, therefore i have no solution but to seek for NCCC help to solve the problem for me.

I'm a Maxis postpaid user for nearly 2 years, average monthly fees RM 350 and autopay by credit card on time. I'm totally frustrated and disappointed to the maxis FREE PHONE arrangement & Customer Service Revert. Do not know all of you have the same problem with me?? Last month 9 Nov, i converted my plan from personal to corporate personal(24mths contract), to entitle a FREE LG GW525 phone.

Saya telah membuat pembelian 2 buah telefon bimbit jenama E1070M SAMSUNG pada 2/11/2009. Pembayaran dibuat menggunakan kad kredit bank rakyat pada hari yang sama dengan jumlah RM198.00. Sales Invoice 89828. Account Number 803403468910. Memandangkan tiada stok di Muar pada tarikh berkenaan, ia perlu di pesan melalui pusat jualan di Kuala Lumpur. Mereka berjanji akan menghubungi saya jika barang sudah sampai dan saya bersetuju untuk datang mengambilnya sendiri di cawangan Muar.

KUALA LUMPUR: A search on the Internet or a phone call to check the background of investment companies could save Malaysians from losing their life-savings to unscrupulous operators.National Consumer Complaints Centre Legal Officer and Complaints Manager Matheevani Marathandan said a bit of investigation could save them a lot of money.She said about 600 complaints were received on investment scams since last year. Forty per cent of the victims were middle-income earners who did not run a background check or seek proper documentation from scam artistes peddling such schemes.She added that most neither visited the office of the company they were investing with nor obtain reports on them from the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Saya telah mendapat kemudahan pinjaman peribadi dari Bank Rakyat, Cawangan Angkasaraya, selepas beberapa tahun saya ingin menjelaskan baki pinjaman kerana saya berpeluang menjelaskan baki tersebut dgn membuat pinjaman dgn bank lain yang lebih rendah kadar interestnya.

Pada April 2008 saya telah membuat permohonan mendapatkan pinjaman kewangan melalui CIMB Express Cash cawangan HICOM sebanyak RM5,000.00 dan telah diluluskan pada hari yang sama untuk tempoh pembayaran balik selama 5 tahun (60 bulan) tanpa diterangkan dengan lebih jelas termasuk tidak dimaklumkan mengenai caj faedah pinjaman yang dikenakan.

I am deeply troubled by a number of statements made by your technicians who have called me up on two separate occasions (Dec 4 and Dec 7 respectively). During both phone conversations, I was made aware that they do not have any of the results of the Speedtests I have been sending to you.How is this even possible?

On 4/12/2009 went to Selayang Maxis Centre and make a payment via Credit card for a Maxis Broadband Modem & services. Transaction went through smoothly and official receipt was issued on 4/12/2009 at 15:53:54 with a serial number AB04E069041209-00062. It was agreed that upon 24 hours later, activation of the modem can be done. On 5/12/2009 activation of the modem cannot be access as it stated as 'not registered'.
