Complaints - Deep dissatisfaction with the services of Proton Malaysia PDF Print E-mail

I wish to highlight my deep dissatisfaction with the services of Proton Malaysia, with the hope that you can help me. On the 21st of June 2009, I saw an advertisement published in the Sunday Times advertising the sale of the new 1.6 liter Proton Saga. Interested, I approached Mr CS Khor, a sales partner from Urus Usaha Sdn Bhd (authorized dealer of Proton Edar) in Jalan Tebrau, Johor Bahru on the 25th of June 2009 to make an enquiry. Mr Khor assured me that the car is the new line of Proton cars and that upon paying a booking fee, I will be able to obtain the car within a week.

Saya menggunakan nombor prabayar dari celcom 109 2682860 sejak sekian lama lebih kurang setahun lalu. Setibanya saya ketanah air setelah berkerja diluar negara pada 15 september. Saya tambah nilai dan menggunakan nombor ini seperti biasa. Dukacitanya saya hanya boleh membuat panggilan luar dan menghantar SMS sahaja tetapi tidak dapat menerima panggilan atau sms. Apabila saya menghubungi CELCOM careline, dia mengatakan bahawa talian saya semuanya aktif, tetapi tiada apa2 yang berlaku.

I am currently a DiGi subscriber. I have had endless problems with DiGi. I have had a dispute with DiGi on some charges which I had not used - GPRS charges to be exact. I had first complained in April 2009. I had requested for a letter to be sent to me explaining the delay in getting back to me.

I purchased a ticket from Air Asia to fly out to Melbourne on 30/9/09. I tried to make changes to the itinerary on 27/9/09, more that 48hours before the flight. I made the payment or RM280.80 via CIMB clicks. I could not make the chnages and now they have refused to allow changes.

I was called by True Spa to come and receive a free massage. They wouldn't disclose how they got my number. But I went along anyway, and the massage was good. So when I was asked by a consultant , Wendy, to sign up for a package, I did. It was for RM 1500 which comes with a free RM500 worth of treatments.

Sudah lebih 2 minggu saya menantikan jawapan dari SYABAS namun tiada sebarang penjelasan dari pihak SYABAS. Adakah pihak SYABAS cuba merahsiakan perkara sebenar dari pengguna?

Saya masih tertanya-tanya adakah ENAKMEN PEMBAZIRAN yang diguna pakai oleh pihak SYABAS benar-benar wujud? Mengapa pengguna harus menanggung beban akibat kebocoron paip dalaman yg tidak dapat dikesan oleh penglihatan mata kasar? Mungkin pada pihak SYABAS RM583.40 adalah jumlah yang kecil, tetapi amat besar nilainya pada kami yang berpendapatan sederhana.

Complainst - Celcom internet bill usage that gave me a shock PDF Print E-mail

Salam, saya telah menerima bil penggunaan 3G dari celcom (pay per use plan) sebanyak RM500 (August dan September) meskipun saya tidak menggunakan perkhidmatan tersebut. Aduan sudah dibuat namun jawapan yang saya terima setakat ini amat tidak memuaskan. Celcom menyalahkan penggunaan technology dari iPhone bukan kelemahan dari sistem mereka.

I have launched a complain to telekom berhad, regarding to account :c93117-455-0109, which is not belong to me, i was advised to report to police and submitted the police report to tm point at titiwangsa at month of May, after a months , there is not news on the investigation,

Saya ingin mengetahui hak saya sebagai pengguna kredit kard. Kredit kad saya telah ditipu (fraud). Tetapi bank menuduh saya yang melakukannya dan tidak mahu membayar. Saya telah menggunakan kad kredit bank ini sejak tahun 2004. Saya membayar secara tetap dan lebih daripada had minima.
