Saya telah mendapat kemudahan pinjaman peribadi dari Bank Rakyat, Cawangan Angkasaraya, selepas beberapa tahun saya ingin menjelaskan baki pinjaman kerana saya berpeluang menjelaskan baki tersebut dgn membuat pinjaman dgn bank lain yang lebih rendah kadar interestnya.

Pada April 2008 saya telah membuat permohonan mendapatkan pinjaman kewangan melalui CIMB Express Cash cawangan HICOM sebanyak RM5,000.00 dan telah diluluskan pada hari yang sama untuk tempoh pembayaran balik selama 5 tahun (60 bulan) tanpa diterangkan dengan lebih jelas termasuk tidak dimaklumkan mengenai caj faedah pinjaman yang dikenakan.

I am complaining against Ambank's Current Account System.The system is very rigid in such that it is impossible to register myself as the authorized signatory even after 2 years from the date of an unfortunate incident which befallen me. I was trying to get myself to be included in the signatory section for the company account. Each company account requires 2 signatures.

I am very disappointed with our largest bank - Maybank at their indifference and poor attitude in attending to my complaint. After 6 weeks; I still do not receive a good reply for my complaint as below :-

I would like to bring to your attention about the insufficient security at the MBB ATM area at your Wangsa Maju branch. On 27 Aug 2009, my ATM card was switched by a team of swindlers who exchanged my card while I was performing a transaction by distracting me with some money thrown on the floor.

Im a customer of Bank Islam, Kindly look into this scheme that has been introduced by Bank Islam. I realised that this scheme is not actually have benefit to consumer / borrower and it is a one sided scheme which will favour to Bank Islam only. I noticed the weakness of the scheme after I got problem with my employment which has affected my income and finally the payment to the bank.

I lately (Saturday – 17th Oct 09) been approached by a guy who refused to identify himself dressed with T-shirt, short pant came over and insisting in towing my car away holding a bank letter claiming he was representing the bank and has the rights to tow my car away due to I had not pay up 3 months installment. Base on my record no doubt we have late in making payment in the past even then my last payment was made on the 29th Sept 2009. Even then I have been trying to put in two months installment on Sat but the Alliance ATM rejected my payment.

Aduan saya terhadap RHB BANK BERHAD kerana menipu kadar faedah  yang di tawarkan iaitu menawarkan kadar faedah 3.75 pada mulanya tetapi telah menukar kadar faedah kepada 3.99 ke surat perjanjian yang saya terima. Saya secara tidak langsung rasa tertipu dan kecewa yang teramat sangat.

Saya telah membuat aduan berkenaan penggunaan kredit kad saya yang tidah sah dimana saya telah di'caj' pada bulan  January 2009.

Saya telah dikatakan telah menggunakan perkhidmatan di sebuah Hotel di Miri. Pada waktu sama saya tidak berada di Miri.

We received a complaint with regards to Banking, where the complainant understand that he defaulted the payment due to his financial difficulties, but when he approach the bank according to him the bank said that they have already sold the house in bulk to another to auction.

Saya ingin mengetahui hak saya sebagai pengguna kredit kard. Kredit kad saya telah ditipu (fraud). Tetapi bank menuduh saya yang melakukannya dan tidak mahu membayar. Saya telah menggunakan kad kredit bank ini sejak tahun 2004. Saya membayar secara tetap dan lebih daripada had minima.
