Complaints - I am still waiting...??? PDF Print E-mail

I subscribed to Astro B.yond last 15th May 2010. The officer in charge informed me that I will receive the service within 7 to 14 working days but till today, 9th June 2010 (or 16 working days) I am still waiting.

I called Astro on June 1st to enquire about the delay and was told by Miss U that there was technical problem with my subscription which they just discovered hence the delay. She further added that they are working on the problem and I will receive my service within 2 or 3 days. Come June 4th, there was no sign of the decoder and service being delivered as promised. I called in which they replied an officer will call me back within a few hours. No calls came but i received a miss call from them at 8.30 pm in which I was having my dinner.

Complaints - The goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable??? PDF Print E-mail

I have purchased some clothes from the shop. As I was rushing to catch a plane, I told the shop attendant that I don't have the time to try all the clothes. However, the shop attendant told me that the clothes can be changed.

After my trip, I tried the clothes but some of them could not fit. I went to the shop again for an exchange for other sizes but they don't have the size for the items specified. The shop attendant now told me that it is the company's policy that goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

Complaint Against Airasia... PDF Print E-mail

At about 8.30am on Tuesday, 11 May 2010, I telephoned AirAsia's customer service number to inquire whether there was a 20% discount for bank credit card holders on Air Asia's flights to London.  The lady, confirmed that there was such a promotion and I replied that if there was, I would book a flight.  She explained that when I clicked on  'Pay'  when I booked online, I would be able to see the discount given.

I proceeded to book online but when I clicked 'Pay' at the end of the booking, no such discount was given.  I checked with bank and found that the full amount was charged to my credit card account.  I tried to call AirAsia customer service again twice but did not succeed in speaking to a customer service officer.

Complaints - Put on hold but I am not getting any service at all ??? PDF Print E-mail

Air Asia has advertised a premium call support no at 600-85-9999. It charges RM 1.95 per minute but EVERY TIME I called, I am put on hold. Sometimes I wait up to 10 minutes but there is no customer agent to answer the call. I am charged while I'm put on hold but I am not getting any service at all! Is this some kind of cheating case where you are continuously put on hold while being rob every minute?

Complaints - Enjin Telah Jatuh...??? PDF Print E-mail

Kereta saya mengalami kerosakan iaitu “enjin telah jatuh” ketika saya sedang memandu dari l/raya NKVE menyusur naik ke l/raya Elit berhampiran shah alam menuju ke putrajaya. ( sila rujuk laporan polis, laporan AAM dan laporan awal oleh Proton. 

Isu yang saya nak utarakan adalah:

Kerosakan ini adalah secara teknikal dan sepatutnya tidak boleh berlaku untuk sebuah kereta yang baru berusia 20 bulan. ( oktober 2008 hingga jun 2010)

Complaints - Why a customer has to be in trouble for Service Providers Fault??? PDF Print E-mail

Last week when I tried to register with M, I was informed that Celcom has blacklisted me due to non-payment. Upon checking with Celcom branch at Jalan Ampang, I was told that there is 1 unsettled bill amounting to RM531.00. I lodge an official complaint to Celcom on Monday 31 May 2010 mainly because:

  1. I still remember paying the RM531.00 in 2003 before closing the account.
  2. After that, I have opened another 2 mobile accounts with Celcom without any problems or being blacklisted.
  3. Where did my money from the payment I made in 2003 go? Why was this issue only been highlighted now after so many years?
  4. I was told that Celcom just recently update the system without complete traces or details about past records.

Complaints - Perkhidmatan Pelanggan PDF Print E-mail

Pada 28 Mac berlaku transaksi kredit kad semasa check-out dari  Hotel N. Apabila kredit kad statement sampai, saya dapati charge yg dikenakan terlebih dua kali. 1 malam saya perlu bayar RM220. Oleh kerana ada kesilapan pihak Hotel, maka saya terbayar lebih RM440.  Sejak dapat statement kredit kad, saya cuba hubungi pihak bank dan hotel.Pihak Bank suruh hubungi pihak hotel untuk penyelesaian.

Complaints - WHILE STOCK LAST AGAIN??? PDF Print E-mail

I'd purchased a product called Loreal Lash Serum. It is stated there that a FREE GIFT worth RM30.00 would be given with the purchase of the item(it is stated there, "while stock last").

When i head towards the cashier, as i am busy looking at other promotion item, i fail to notice if the free gift is given to me. After i paid, then only i realise that there should be a free gift given to me, therefore i walk back to the shop and ask for the free gift. They said that the free gift is no longer available. Therefore i ask if they would do a refund for me, as there is no free gift available.

Complaints - Janji tidak di penuhi..... PDF Print E-mail

Saya beli TV SAMSUNG 42" PLASMA TV (Model PS42C430) dari Court Mammoth (CM) pada 18/4/2010 dan dijanjikan percuma SAMSUNG DVD PLAYER (Model DVDH1080R) dalam masa 2-3 minggu. Malangnya selepas sebulan iaitu 18/5/2010 saya diberikan DVD (Model P191K). Saya ditipu kerana:

  1. Terlalu lama untuk mendapatkan DVD
  2. DVD yang diberi tidak sepatutnya dan bila di sambung ke TV untuk dimainkan DVD mengeluarkan gambar tidak berwarna Saya mohon agar CM mengambil barang mereka semula dan memulangkan semula apa yang telah saya bayar.

Saya telah melawat satu handphone fair di kawasan pudu, dan telah membeli dua set telefon bimbit yang dijanjikan original diperbuat daripada Finland dengan harga RM1200.00.

Saya telah mempercayai promosi ini adalah kerana saya dapat melihat di semua kawasan berhampiran yang menyatakan ianya hand phone fair dan kesemuanya set original dengan potongan harga 70 % dan penjual berkenaan menjelaskan yang telefon bimbit berkenaan di katakan set asas “basic” yang masih tidak di installkan software. Saya telahpun membuat bayaran di sana dengan kad kredit saya kerana harganya yang murah.
