Saya beli TV SAMSUNG 42" PLASMA TV (Model PS42C430) dari Court Mammoth (CM) pada 18/4/2010 dan dijanjikan percuma SAMSUNG DVD PLAYER (Model DVDH1080R) dalam masa 2-3 minggu. Malangnya selepas sebulan iaitu 18/5/2010 saya diberikan DVD (Model P191K). Saya ditipu kerana:

1. Terlalu lama untuk mendapatkan DVD
2. DVD yang diberi tidak sepatutnya dan bila di sambung ke TV untuk dimainkan DVD mengeluarkan gambar tidak berwarna Saya mohon agar CM mengambil barang mereka semula dan memulangkan semula apa yang telah saya bayar.

I went to the Guardian to purchase a 750ml of Listerine bottle at RM17.88 as there is a promotion. The promotion stated is for every purchase of 750ml of Listerine bottle, you get a free 250ml of Listerine bottle at the purchase price of RM17.88 per 750ml.

There is no clauses which says "while stocks last" on the promotion board or on the 750ml Listerine bottle itself. So, when I make payment at the cashier at RM17.88 for the 750ml bottle of Listerine, I demanded the free 250ml Listerine bottle. I was told by the cashier (male attendant) that they have no more stocks. Then, I said to him that it was part of the promotion deal and there is no clauses which says "while stocks last" stated anywhere on the promotion board and the Listerine bottle.

Last month, I enrolled for a Business Communication Course from a local college in PJ. The course is stated "intermediate level" which I have registered for. However, when I attended the first lesson, it was a "placement test for 2 hours" which was not told to the students and the test was to find out about the students' english level. The purpose of the test was to find out about the level of the students which in my opinion, ought to be done before assigning everyone into intermediate level lessons.

Pada mulanya saya buat tak kisah sahaja sebab saya selalu mendengar cerita mengenai penipuan sms sudah banyak. Tetapi apabila saya tunjuk sms kepada kawan mereka kata betul.  Mereka menyuruh saya hubungi nombor yang diberi.
