My name is Ms S and I have a heavy complaint on Touch N Go. I have been using TNG since 2008 and needless to say I have been using the same pass. Since the inception of the Rapid Monthly Pass. I had stopped using my TNG pass and bought the monthly pass instead. However, since July 2010, Rapid KL has introduced the TOUCH and GO Rapid Pass. I am a public transport user as most KL-ians are but in the last week I have gone through extremely bad experience with your terrible service. Allow me to highlight it in point form.

I bought a CSL handphone from a counter inside Carrefour Penang Prai on 17/04/2010 and I was told that there is a 3 months time warranty for this cellphone.

On 17/07/2010 I went back to the counter located inside Carrefour Penang Prai to claim for warranty of handphone's charger due to the handphone's battery cannot be charged. I was told by the counter assistant that even though I came today or yesterday, I was still not eligible for the claim.

ADUAN

I Mdm R, IC no:XXXXXX-XX-XXXX have invested RM10,000 in Bestino Golden Horse Sdn.Bhd (80-B, Jln Sultan Yussuf, 30000, Ipoh, Perak). I signed an agreement with the above party on 23/6/08. In return they gave us a certificate and a gold wafer worth RM9,000 plus to hold as a guarantee for the money that we have invested. We were promised RM300 monthly and we were paid as promised for 6 months.

When the agreement matured after 6 months, they took back the gold wafer and converted it into share units. I received RM300 monthly dividend until May 2009. After that, i didn't receive any payment until now. When i enquired Bestino, they said that their documents have been confisticated by Bank Negara. They promised that they will deposit my money but until now i didn't receive anything. Each time i ask, they keep on going excuses. They sent me a letter asking for time to pay back the money but they didn't state the time frame of when they are going to return back my money.

I have purchased some clothes from the shop. As I was rushing to catch a plane, I told the shop attendant that I don't have the time to try all the clothes. However, the shop attendant told me that the clothes can be changed.

After my trip, I tried the clothes but some of them could not fit. I went to the shop again for an exchange for other sizes but they don't have the size for the items specified. The shop attendant now told me that it is the company's policy that goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
