Saya Pengguna lebuhraya Utara-selatan. Pada 22 /01/2011 lebih kurang jam 5.00ptg saya memandu kenderaan bernombor Wxxxxxx dari taiping ke Ipoh. Setiba  di Km 234.7 Tiba - tiba Sekumpulan Kambing melintas. Saya tidak sempat mengelak atau Membrek kenderaan yang lalu melanggar kambing tersebut. Dalam kejadian ini kenderaan saya mengalami kerosakan di sebelah kanan iaitu bumper hadapan kemek & pecah, body kanan kemek serta lain-lain kerosakan di bahagian dalam body.

Saya sudah pun membuat  laporan polis di balai  Polis  Kuala Kangsar  dan juga membuat aduan aduan /tuntutan di Plus Kuala Kangsar. Pada 02/02/2011 saya telah membawa kereta saya ke Perodua Service taiping untuk dinilai kerosakan dan pada 19/2/2011 baru saya dapat serahkan semua document yang berkaitan tuntutan  di Plus Kuala Kangsar. … Sehingga Hari ini saya belum menerima apa- apa tindakbalas dari pihak plus. Diharapkan  pihak tuan dapat membuat saya dalam membuat  tuntutan ini….

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Star LRT user, I understand LRT station at Masjid Jamek under renovation process.

Even it’s under renovation but still passengers are using your service and to provide good service is your responsibility. Last Tuesday was heavy rain and when I came to Masjid Jamek LRT station I saw all the passengers (including myself) who wanted to use your LRT service wet in the rain. How is it possible even we stand inside the station to buy ticket at the ticket counter?

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to lodge a complaint on the booking ref.CEAXXXXXX. I received a call from the driver to inform that he cannot make it on time to pick me up. His reason stated over the phone is he does not wish to come out of the airport empty!! I was forced to catch a normal taxi and rushed to KLIA.

As this is a PAID booking, I expected FULL refund and explanation ASAP.

Complaints of the week - WORST EVER SERVICED RECEIVED AND NEVER ENDING FAULTS IN A CAR !!! PDF Print E-mail

In June 2010 i received my brand new Proton Persona Elegane - Bronze Garnet bearing registration BKS qqqq. Within one week 19/06/2010 i manage to drive up to 1000km and sent the car to be service at Proton Authorised Dealer - World Car Care at Seri Kembanagan. During the service i lodged a complaint

1)Abnormal sound from under the steering
2)Massive Engine Vibration while idle
3)Air cond tempearture is not functioning.
4)Normal service.
5)Radio is not clear eventhough tune to perfect station

i left the car for few hours to be corrected, upon returning the Service Agent told me its done except the abnormal sound which is needed to order the spare part from Proton HQ. I agreed for that and drove the car away. However while driving back after collecting the car, if found all the other problem still persist .

Due to i just started new work in Bukit Beruntung , i was unable to take leave to send the car again , instead waited for the 5000km service to lodged a complaint again. I went to World care Care again - 24/07/2010.

ADUAN

Saya sedar pihak kerajaan berusaha untuk menambahbaikkan pengangkutan awam di negara ini. Namun perkhidmatan bas masih lagi tidak kena. Kami masih berhadapan dengan masalah kelewatan bas dan kekerapan bas yang masih kurang.

Saya adalah pengguna bas RapidKL bernombor T624 dan T607.Menggunakan perkhidmatan bas RapidKL berulang alik dari stesen LRT Kelana Jaya ke bangunan CGC/Maybank Berhad/pusat latihan MAS.
