I bought a second hand car, Nissan Frontier 2.5 Diesel Green Engine (no plate: WLY 5999) from a used car dealer on the 17th of September 2009. During inspection of the vehicle, everything was looking good except for the starting of the engine. It took some time to jerk up the engine, so I was explained that the cause of this is due to a faulty starter in the car, and repairs to it will cost around RM300 to RM500 and the salesman is willing to give me a discount on the car and told me to repair it myself.

I’ve purchased my Avanza 1.5G in 2007 from Toyota sales centre in Ampang Point. I religiously follow the scheduled maintenance as stated by Toyota. During my first maintenance, I sent my car to Kepong's service centre and was very satisfied.

However, during my second maintenance and subsequent maintenance, I switched to the service centre at Shamelin, which is nearer to my office. This is when my problems started. Immediately after my second maintenance, I started to experience problems with my car. The door indicator light started blinking and there were noises coming from the back tyres.

I wish to highlight my deep dissatisfaction with the services of Proton Malaysia, with the hope that you can help me. On the 21st of June 2009, I saw an advertisement published in the Sunday Times advertising the sale of the new 1.6 liter Proton Saga. Interested, I approached Mr CS Khor, a sales partner from Urus Usaha Sdn Bhd (authorized dealer of Proton Edar) in Jalan Tebrau, Johor Bahru on the 25th of June 2009 to make an enquiry. Mr Khor assured me that the car is the new line of Proton cars and that upon paying a booking fee, I will be able to obtain the car within a week.

Pada hari ini 8 September 2009 jam 9.31 malam, saya telah membeli tiket dari KL Sentral ke Putrajaya (Nombor tiket 37224). Malangnya semasa hendak masuk gate menghadapi masalah lagi dan tak semena-mena tiket yang dimasukkan tidak dapat dijumpai oleh kakitangan bertugas. Saya pun terlepas tren pukul 9.33 malam.

I got my new car few months ago (5th May 09). It was the first day i got my new car Proton Persona, feel with happy and exciting, at night, I drove out to test my car with my friends and family members.
