I refer to the call by Datuk M. Kayveas for feedback from the public on Ctos, a company which provides credit information on litigation, suits and summons.

My friends and I would like to tell Datuk Kayveas that we totally support companies like CTOS. Private sectors such as banks would be able to do a better job in credit evaluation. The monies that banks lend are depositors’ monies which are basically from the public.  

Please leave Ctos alone and let the private sector do its job. The public instead should be educated to ensure that they have a good credit record.  

We need to go forward to become a developed society in this globalised world. Don’t go backwards just to please a minority!
