Pada 17/02/2011 pihak celcom ada menghubungi saya melalui talipon dan memberitahu pihaknya telah melepaskan tuntutan keatas kedua-dua talian talipon mudahalih saya. Dengan itu saya ingin mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih kepada pihak NCCC kerana membantu saya berjaya menyelesaikan maasalah tersebut.

The aim i e-mailed to NCCC is that i would like to express my gratitude to the NCCC officers who had helped me in claiming my loss from unscrupulous company. NCCC is really reliable And trusty, and willing to help cosumers in solving their problems. Thanks again for your Kind assistance. Your efforts are worthly praised and appreciated as many consumers will be Benefited through your organization.

i'd like to extend my deepest gratitude to you for listening and taking swift actions on my complaint against maxis. Apparently, the complaint has gone up to the management level, and they're refunding me! :) thanks to you....thanks a lot.

As a consumer, now i know i can fight for my right...again, thanks to you NCCC :)

Dear Ms Vani,

I would just like to extend my thanks to you and the NCCC organisation with my issue with MAS. It was almost impossible to get MAS to respond accordingly for something so simple. Your swift actions to rectify and protect consumer rights in Malaysia is greatly commendable.  I'm not only pleased that NCCC has helped with so many Malaysian consumers with their plight with errant businesses but the fact the system actually works! I must say that it is a huge relief for us consumers that NCCC exists. Once again, thank you very much for your assistance and please know you are all appreciated.

Dear Ms Vani, I have managed to change my table to a better and acceptable quality. Now, we in the midst to change the 2 unit of chairs which didn't have the same quality as others this weekend. Ms Joanne just called me about this after receiving your letter.
