My sister and i had purchased a set of sofa from Elizza Furniture Sdn.Bhd which cost RM 2.8 K dated on 23 November 2008. According to their sales staff and branch manager, this is real leather set with 5 years warranthy and assured us on high quality.However unfortunately 2.5 years as of today (May 11,2011), 2 major quality issues were occured within this short period.

There are unstable sofa frame which gives cracking sound during sitting and big area of sofa surface leather starting to peel off by itself.During past 2 weeks from 15th – 31st May 2011, we went to the shop twice and they had sent their staff to our house to snap a photo of the sofa.

Pada 26 hb Dis 2010 saya telah pergi membeli belah ke Pasar raya . Semasa itu saya telah  singgah di sebuah kedai kain di dalam Pasar raya tersebut. Saya telah  membeli dua helai kemeja T yang dikatakan berjenama dan kualiti baik. Saya telah membeli  dua helai kemaja T dengan harga RM 179.80 dan Rm 89.90.

Pada hari yang ketiganya saya telah meminta isteri saya mencuci kedua- dua helai bajunya . Saya terkejut dan hairan  mendapati kedua-dua kemeja T tersebut kendur dan warnanya pula pudar.

Pada 30hb Dis 2010 dan 07 jan 2011 saya telah Pergi kekedai tersebut untuk mendapatkan jawapan disebabkan . Saya  tidak mendapat apa-apa jawapan yang munsabah.

I’m sending this complaint on behalf of my sister against Blooming. I have attached the photos. Please see for yourself especially the pink colour flowers. It is really in bad shape and they actually had used that for an RM180.00 order.

I plan to take it out and throw it. I think they should have used better flowers, better colour combinations and more flowers. It looks empty. And I think a better vase could have been used. My sister did send me the photo that she saw online. That arrangement looks good. If similar things can not be done at least something near to that could have been delivered.
