Saya telah menggunakan mobile-internet semasa berada di Vietnam  dari  05.07.2010 hingga 17.07.2010. Saya telah membeli pakej maxis internet RM2/jam. Saya menggunakannya sebanyak 3kali = RM6. Tetapi saya terkejut sebaik sahaja menerima bil telefon untuk bulan Julai ini (RM2192.30). Saya telah membuat aduan kepada pihak Maxis Customer Service, tetapi mereka cuma boleh mengurangkan bayaran bil telefon saya sebanyak 50%.

Last week when I tried to register with M, I was informed that Celcom has blacklisted me due to non-payment. Upon checking with Celcom branch at Jalan Ampang, I was told that there is 1 unsettled bill amounting to RM531.00. I lodge an official complaint to Celcom on Monday 31 May 2010 mainly because:

  1. I still remember paying the RM531.00 in 2003 before closing the account.
  2. After that, I have opened another 2 mobile accounts with Celcom without any problems or being blacklisted.
  3. Where did my money from the payment I made in 2003 go? Why was this issue only been highlighted now after so many years?
  4. I was told that Celcom just recently update the system without complete traces or details about past records.

Saya mempunyai masalah dengan perkhidmatan pihak tuan di cawangan Petaling Jaya dan customer service (1111). Ini berkaitan dengan sikap kakitangan pihak tuan yang KURANG SOPAN di cawangan tuan. Masalah tersebut telah berlarutan HAMPIR SEBULAN. Masalah terjadi apabila saya memberikan sim card no saya kepada anak saudara saya yang berumur 11 tahun untuk kegunaan sehariannya.

Pada satu ketika no tersebut telah diterminatekan (setelah saya rujuk kepada 1111) kerana gagal menambah nilai. Pegawai bertugas mengesyorkan saya RUJUK kepada pihak cawangan terdekat untuk mengaktifkan semula akaun tersebut. Pegawai tersebut juga memaklumkan bahawa saya HANYA PERLU membawa kad pengenalan dan rm 10.00 sebagai caj pengaktifan.Pada 11.3.2010, saya telah merujuk kepada cawangan Petaling Jaya untuk mengaktifkan akaun tersebut.

Complaints - MAXIS SME PLAN PDF Print E-mail

Few months ago, when we signed up for the SME plan for our 5 Maxis lines (All lines contracted for 24 months), we were provided with one Nokia E75 (we heard there should be One phone per line instead).

At the same time, the Maxis agent persuaded us into taking 4 additional Sim Cards whereby we accepted under the conditions which the Maxis agent stated clearly and repeatedly:

  1. We'll only need to pay when the Sim Card is activated
  2. There will be NO charges at all if not used. However, we noticed after few months of auto billing that for all 4 unused and inactivated Sim Cards which we were given, we were being charged RM80 Monthly Commitment per Sim Card (totaling RM320 per month for non-usage). Worst still, the rebate for the only Nokia E75 received have also gone into paying the Monthly commitment of the 4 unused Sim Cards during the first month. For 6 months, we have totaled RM1920 in loss for what we have been told as ‘no charges if not used’ Sim Cards. According to the Maxis business customer service, we should either receive:
  3. 1 phone device per line (which we have never received other than one Nokia E75)
  4. Talk time rebates (which we have never received. Also, due to the overpaying of RM320 every month).

I signed up P1 Wimax on 17/12/2009, b4 i signed up P1wimax sale personnel told me that my house area full of P1 coverage, I have 7 days trial, we can get our RM100 deposit back if we cancel within 7 days. on 18/12/2009 i returned the broadband to him due to NO COVERAGE in my area.

the guy get me sign on the cancellation form and without giving me a copy, I requested a copy from him as a proof to terminate the service. I have a feeling that this kind of broadband centre sure have tons of excuses and i will end up not getting my deposit. so i kept this termination letter and waited for 2 months i did not get my deposit back. i called the centre many times, they kept telling me excuses like they need 8 days working day.
