I wish to make a complaint against the Resort. I had a night stay at the resort. I just feel that the charge charged is just not fair for me. I paid RM 830 for a penthouse and expected the rooms to be very pleasant. What I was unhappy with is the lousy refrigerator provided wasn't working in a good condition. We brought some seafood there and it was too bad that it all went rotten because of the bad temperature.

Besides, there were a lot of ants and cockroaches. I found shower foam dispenser in every toilet but each and every of them were empty. Though plates are provided but then, we just couldn't make use of it at all because of the terribly smell of cockroaches in the lousy cupboard. I made a complaint at the reception before neither checking out but the staff there just did not have the courtesy to help me solve my complaints nor apologizing.

Aduan Pertama
“Bayaran telah dibuat sebanyak RM989 untuk package family, kami membuat tempahan ingin bercuti tiada maklum balas daripada pihak syarikat, kami amat kesali tiada maklum balas dan tidak bertanggungjawab daripada syarikat ini !! saya berharap pihak pengguna ambil tindakan sewajarnya dan ramai juga orang terperakap agensi pelangongan ini . saya harap pihak tuan ambil tindakan dengan segera !!”

Aduan Kedua
“Saya telah di pujuk untuk menyertai pakej percutian di Malaysia dan Indonesia semasa bercuti bersama keluarga di Melaka. Saya telah mengisi borang keahlian seumur hidup iTune Pakej B dan membayar secara tunai RM 689. Saya telah dijanjikan percutian percuma 4hari 3malam. Saya juga telah di beri kad keahlian pada hari yang sama. Pada bulan Disember 2010 saya membuat tempahan percutian di Sabah tetapi hanya mendapat nama senarai hotel dan harga tempahan bilik. Pada 21.01.2011 saya cuba beberapa kali membuat panggilan telipon untuk tuntutan pekej dan tempahan percutian bersama keluarga tetapi semua nombor tiada jawapan. Saya merasakan diri saya telah di tipu oleh iTune Management Sdn Bhd dan semua pekerjanya.”

Pada 28 Mac berlaku transaksi kredit kad semasa check-out dari  Hotel N. Apabila kredit kad statement sampai, saya dapati charge yg dikenakan terlebih dua kali. 1 malam saya perlu bayar RM220. Oleh kerana ada kesilapan pihak Hotel, maka saya terbayar lebih RM440.  Sejak dapat statement kredit kad, saya cuba hubungi pihak bank dan hotel.Pihak Bank suruh hubungi pihak hotel untuk penyelesaian.

I went to Matta fair on 14th Mar 2010 and bought a package (Airflights and Hotels) to Krabi Thailand, the whole package cost RM999 per person for 4 nights stay. The total people in the package is 4.

The next day, on 15th Mar 2010, I searched the internet for the same flights and same hotel room, to my surprise the total cost is less than RM600. The flight is Airasia and the hotel is Pra Nang Inn.
