NCCC’s successful case continues with the help of the Ministry of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs (MDTCA) Ipoh, Perak whereby a victim of Scratch & Win managed to get full refund with the help of the Ministry. The victim lodged an e-complaint to NCCC on the 18th December 2008 and NCCC managed to forward the complaint to the Ministry. The victim sent an email to NCCC confirming that she has received a cheque from KPDNHEP Ipoh on the 30th December 2008 which was cleared on 2nd January 2009 (amount which is same as in the credit card statement). |
