Last 3week i wrote a letter to NCCC to complain motorola services center about they ask for repairing spare part fee for my motorola phone which under warranty.

The next day, person in charge in NCCC already calling me to ask for further information. Few day later,i have receive the copy of letter they send to motorola. After one week later motorola services center call me up to collect my phone with free of charge.

I'm here to thank you NCCC, what NCCC did, what NCCC help me to fight for our rigth from motorola services center.

I think without NCCC help, my motorola phone will still keep in services center for more then 3month and above until i willing to pay for the sparepart to repair my phone.

Once again thankful NCCC, NCCC really can help our consumer!
