Malaysia truly needs people like you guys. It is time for transparency and also for consumers to know their rights. There are too many people out there being taken for a ride and told that that there is nothing that can be done. Finally we have a hardworking and able organisation like yourselves, so willing to help and so efficient. The website is wonderful too! A real eye opener for those who want to lodge a complaint but don't know how to take the first step.
