“Kereta produa myvi yang baru saya beli telah dihantar untuk servis kali pertama di pusat perodua pada kira-kira jam 4.00 petang.

Proses servis mengambil masa 1 jam 30 minit. Selepas selesai servis, dalam perjalanan pulang, kereta saya mati enjin di depan lampu isyarat.

Dalam keadaan lalu lintas yang sibuk, kereta saya menghalang lalu lintas dan menyebabkan diri saya cemas.

Selepas 20 minit, dengan bantuan orang awam, didapati wayar pada bateri yang dibuka oleh mekanik di pusat servis perodua tidak dipasang balik dengan ketat menyebabkannya tertanggal dalam perjalanan.

Kemaja T PDF Print E-mail

Pada 26 hb Dis 2010 saya telah pergi membeli belah ke Pasar raya . Semasa itu saya telah  singgah di sebuah kedai kain di dalam Pasar raya tersebut. Saya telah  membeli dua helai kemeja T yang dikatakan berjenama dan kualiti baik. Saya telah membeli  dua helai kemaja T dengan harga RM 179.80 dan Rm 89.90.

Pada hari yang ketiganya saya telah meminta isteri saya mencuci kedua- dua helai bajunya . Saya terkejut dan hairan  mendapati kedua-dua kemeja T tersebut kendur dan warnanya pula pudar.

Pada 30hb Dis 2010 dan 07 jan 2011 saya telah Pergi kekedai tersebut untuk mendapatkan jawapan disebabkan . Saya  tidak mendapat apa-apa jawapan yang munsabah.

KFC - COMPLAINT


“This is a complaint against KFC. Yesterday, 20 Feb 2011, I ordered a colonel burger takeaway. Halfway eating it, I found that the burger was raw on the inside. Raw chicken can cause salmonella and severe food poisoning. I brought the half eaten burger back to KFC and showed the supervisor. She apologized and asked if I'd like a replacement. I politely declined as I only wanted to make her aware of the dangers of eating raw chicken.

This incident was truly shocking.”

“Saya adalah seorang pengemar prosperity burger telah membeli set prosperity burger yang di hantar secara delivery. Setelah menerima penghantaran tersebut untuk dimakan di dapati daging burger tersebut tidak masak sepenuhnya tidak seperti yang sepatutnya.  Saya telahpun membuat aduan kepada pihak pengurusan Mc'D dan tetapi tiada apa-apa tindakan daripada pihak pengurusan. Tempoh yang di ambil daripada pihak pengurusan Mc'D sehingga kini adalah satu tindakan yang lambat. Bagi saya pihak pengurusan seperti tidak mengambil serius dengan aduan saya sebagai pengguna.”

“Saya telah di pujuk untuk menyertai pakej percutian di Malaysia dan Indonesia semasa bercuti bersama keluarga di Melaka. Saya telah mengisi borang keahlian seumur hidup iTune Pakej B dan membayar secara tunai RM 689. Saya telah dijanjikan percutian percuma 4hari 3malam. Saya juga telah di beri kad keahlian pada hari yang sama. Pada bulan Disember 2010 saya membuat tempahan percutian di Sabah tetapi hanya mendapat nama senarai hotel dan harga tempahan bilik. Pada 21.01.2011 saya cuba beberapa kali membuat panggilan telipon untuk tuntutan pekej dan tempahan percutian bersama keluarga tetapi semua nombor tiada jawapan. Saya merasakan diri saya telah di tipu oleh iTune Management Sdn Bhd dan semua pekerjanya.”

I brought & collected new Chevrolet Cruze which more than 100k From Cxxxx SDN BHD on 3rd November 2010. I noticed the alignment is not right& pulling the car towards left even in straight road all the time.

When I reported 1st time after a week I collected the car, they try to do the alignment. But once I test –drive the problem not solve.

Semak Penyata Bulanan Dan Resit Anda Sebelum Terlambat !!! PDF Print E-mail

Pada 4 April 2011, saya telah membeli tiket secara online untuk penerbangan Malaysia Airlines pada 27 Mei 2011 dari Sibu ke Kuching. Saya telah membelinya dengan menggunakan kad kredit Visa Ikhwan Gold.

Harga tiket yang dibeli ialah RM 416 dan mesej pengesahan pembelian tiket telah pun saya terima di dalam email saya. Namun, setelah menyemak jumlah penggunaan kad kredit saya mendapati jumlah yang saya perlu bayar ialah RM 832 iaitu berlaku gandaan jumlah yang perlu dibayar.

Saya telah membuat aduan kepada pihak maybank dan telah mengesahkan terdapat pemotongan dua kali untuk penggunaan kad kredit saya. Aduan juga telah saya lakukan kepada pihak Malaysia Airlines tetapi mengalami kesulitan.

“I'm using Nokia phone model of 5800. I want to complaint Maxis about they charge me on the data charges amount of RM254.40. I didn't use 3G to connect internet using my phone before, I just select WIFI connected to internet once time only, and my phone don't have option to off the 3G data. I'm understood using Maxis 3G connect to internet is very expensive, because I didn't subscribe Maxis data plan, so I choose to connect internet using WIFI.

They should not charge me without my permission. I already make complain to Maxis services centre many times, and I want talk to their manager or supervisor, but they keep give me an excuse that their manager or supervisor is not available, or they will call me back about my complaint, but in the end they still didn't call me at all.

REFUND AFTER 10 YEARS…. PDF Print E-mail

“I booked a car back in 2001 with a booking fee of RM3, 000. I book a Hyundai car model Elantra 1.8 on 27th August 2001 with a deposit of RM3, 000. The salesman took my booking. Just before the booking, I enquired with the salesman if I change my mind, will I be able to get my refund back and he said “Yes” and should not be an issue. So I went on to sign the booking form. Just a week later from the date of booking, I was struck with a financial difficulty. At this time, I decided to cancel my booking where I approached the same salesman and he said that he is unable to refund my deposit and it will stay with the company until I decide to purchase a car from Hyundai. At that time, I thought it would be fine so I left it with Hyundai.

After 2 years, I decided I may as well write to Hyundai to request for a refund as I did not have any intention to buy a Hyundai ca. On 27th August 2003, I wrote a letter to requesting for a refund. I came to know that the salesman was not working there anymore. I did also see the Manager and explain to him but he did not want to entertain me and kept on saying he could not do anything about it. So I left it as it is.

“I decided to book a Proton Inspira 2.0 on Nov 24th. Few days before that, I made enquiries in several Proton and EON outlet about the car's promotion. I was informed that if I had booked before 15th November, I am entitled to 2 years free service with parts included. However since I have passed that date, I am only entitled to 1 year service with parts if I book before 30th November. I booked with EON SP whereby my salesman said that PROTON's promotion should be the same anywhere. The best to confirm is the Customer Hotline. Therefore I called their service ICARE at 1800888398 to enquire about this promo. The staff there confirmed it and said that it has been reduced to 1 year for 2.0 model while the 1.8 model remains 2 years. Therefore, I proceeded to book on 24th November.
