UNSTABLE SOFA FRAME WHICH GIVES CRACKING SOUND PDF Print E-mail

My sister and i had purchased a set of sofa from Elizza Furniture Sdn.Bhd which cost RM 2.8 K dated on 23 November 2008. According to their sales staff and branch manager, this is real leather set with 5 years warranthy and assured us on high quality.However unfortunately 2.5 years as of today (May 11,2011), 2 major quality issues were occured within this short period.

There are unstable sofa frame which gives cracking sound during sitting and big area of sofa surface leather starting to peel off by itself.During past 2 weeks from 15th – 31st May 2011, we went to the shop twice and they had sent their staff to our house to snap a photo of the sofa.

I went to one of Hypermarket for shopping & was approached by a nice sweet talking young girl promoting item from the above outlet. She told me that it was just for trial & no selling –just get a reflexology for my foot.

Upon being seated she did a demo on the foot massager & explained did a lot of explanation on how good & beneficial that item was. She also told me that upon purchase (RM 1690.00) I‘ll be given 2 items free.

Pada Jam 5.00pm. Saya membeli sebungkus Roti Cream yang berharaga RM 0.60. Selepas itu saya membuka plastic dan mengigit roti tersebut, tiba-tiba saya dapat merasa gigitan saya itu terkena sesuatu yang keras, lalu saya membuka luas roti tersebut mendapati sebatang besi. Saya terus ke kedai tersebut dan bertanya pada pekerja disitu dan mereka juga tidak tahu bagaimana ini berlaku. Ini lah aduan saya.

I wish to make a complaint against the Resort. I had a night stay at the resort. I just feel that the charge charged is just not fair for me. I paid RM 830 for a penthouse and expected the rooms to be very pleasant. What I was unhappy with is the lousy refrigerator provided wasn't working in a good condition. We brought some seafood there and it was too bad that it all went rotten because of the bad temperature.

Besides, there were a lot of ants and cockroaches. I found shower foam dispenser in every toilet but each and every of them were empty. Though plates are provided but then, we just couldn't make use of it at all because of the terribly smell of cockroaches in the lousy cupboard. I made a complaint at the reception before neither checking out but the staff there just did not have the courtesy to help me solve my complaints nor apologizing.

“We are very disappointed in Proton’s attitude towards its customer’s safety. We have bought the Proton Persona 1.6 AT model on 28 March 2010. However, on 9th Jan 2011, our car experienced some noise due to the Brake Wheel Cylinder on the left side. Then, in less than one month period, the noise re-appeared again. When we sent back to the workshop, it seems that the noise is due to the problems coming from both sides of the Brake Wheel Cylinder.

In addition, on 3rd April 2011, our car’s radiator suddenly busted without any reason, and also without our knowledge only until the car temperature shot up to the maximum. The worst case was that the car came to a halt whenever we brake at the roundabouts. Can you imagine how dangerous was that, so much so that we have children in the car. If the cars behind us were unable to stop in time, we would sure be knocked over. And only then, we realize that the radiator is totally dry and there was even a burning smell from the engine. When we checked with our Proton dealer, we were told that we were not the first one who experienced this incident.

Pada 14 may 2011 saya berminat untuk menyertai course dari syarikat berkenaan dengan bersetuju untuk membayar serial bulan. Syarikat tersebut telah menyerahkan barangan buku dan juga CD untuk saya belajar secara online setelah saya membayar Wang sebanyak Rm 299.

Tetapi setelah dibawa pulang saya dapati CD tersebut tidak boleh install disebabkan saya menggunakan laptop berjenama apple. Saya telah buat aduan ini kepada syarikat tersebut tetapi mereka menyarankan saya untuk tukar barang berkenaan dengan menggunakan perisian secara manual (Tape). Saya tidak berpuas hati tetapi mereka menjanjikan untuk mecari penyelesaian.

I have used the Tesco batter for nearly 1 month and realize its malfunction. Therefore, I proceed to one of the Tesco branch in this morning in order to seek for assist and request a replacement.

However, the Manager on duty was telling me that I need to fill up the particular info into the form that given by Tesco then wait for further notice  from Tesco after they have done the clarification/investigation with the respective supplier.

“I am very disappointed only to be told that the price on your website is an old price from year 2010. Today is already the 5th of May 2011 and you have not updated your website with the correct price. There is no indication on the website also that the price is correct at time of publish and may change without prior notice.

Even there is I am pretty sure it is in 8 font size as it is no-where to be seen. I came all the way to your place to purchase it and the price different is RM100. Your ignorance of updating your website causes so much hassle and yet you choose not to honor the price as PUBLISHED OFFICIALLY in your website.”

Saya menerima 2 sms pihak ketiga ke telefon bimbit saya. Setiap sms saya dikenakan bayaran rm8. Bila saya membuat aduan kepada celcom careline, agen memberitahu saya tiada apa yang boleh mereka lakukan kecuali 'blok' nombor itu daripada menghantar sms kepada saya. Tapi saya masih dikenakan bayaran RM16 itu.

Saya rasa yang saya telah DIROMPAK dan celcom hanya membiarkannya dan tidak mahu membantu, kerana mereka itu adalah 'pihak ketiga'. Bukan pihak ketiga itu harus mendaftar dengan celcom sebelum mereka menghantar sms kepada pelanggan celcom.

“I bought a chocolate bar yesterday, from Supermarket. Please find the attach file on my chocolate bar. The chocolate manufacturing date was 14-May-2010 and expiry date is 14-Nov-2011. Due to a small hole on the tin foil, there is mini cockroach and maggot on the chocolate.”
Who to blame!!! Manufacturer or seller??
