Saya telah menerima sms dari S… bertarikh 5 April 2010 yang berbunyi "Shell tahniah anda telah berjaya mmnangi hadiah wang tunai dr shell. Sila hub office talian 0135471489" penghantar SHELL.

Pada mulanya saya buat tak kisah sahaja sebab saya selalu mendengar cerita mengenai penipuan sms sudah banyak. Tetapi apabila saya tunjuk sms kepada kawan mereka kata betul.  Mereka menyuruh saya hubungi nombor yang diberi.

Saya mempunyai masalah dengan perkhidmatan pihak tuan di cawangan Petaling Jaya dan customer service (1111). Ini berkaitan dengan sikap kakitangan pihak tuan yang KURANG SOPAN di cawangan tuan. Masalah tersebut telah berlarutan HAMPIR SEBULAN. Masalah terjadi apabila saya memberikan sim card no saya kepada anak saudara saya yang berumur 11 tahun untuk kegunaan sehariannya.

Pada satu ketika no tersebut telah diterminatekan (setelah saya rujuk kepada 1111) kerana gagal menambah nilai. Pegawai bertugas mengesyorkan saya RUJUK kepada pihak cawangan terdekat untuk mengaktifkan semula akaun tersebut. Pegawai tersebut juga memaklumkan bahawa saya HANYA PERLU membawa kad pengenalan dan rm 10.00 sebagai caj pengaktifan.Pada 11.3.2010, saya telah merujuk kepada cawangan Petaling Jaya untuk mengaktifkan akaun tersebut.

My name is Salina. I have received sms from Melwani International on their Apparel Sale.  On 6 February 2010, I have purchase 4 pairs of Levis Jeans from Melwani2u International Sdn. Bhd thru CIMB Internet banking. (The transaction slip thru CIMB Clicks is append above).

According to Melwani, I should receive the goods within 2 week of delivery but unfortunately, until today I have not received anything.  For your info, this company does not have any contact no. You can only access thru their website at www.melwani2u.com. I'm worry that I have been conned by this company. Therefore, I am seeking your assistant to help me out in getting my goods.

Saya telah membeli kerusi set sofa 3+2+1 Jenis New York Full Leather Black dari Courts Cheras Showroom pada 22/09/2007. Pembayaran dibuat secara ansuran selama 48 bulan (4 tahun).No Akaun : xxxx.

Walaubagaimanapun, selepas 1 tahun lebih (anggaran tarikh), didapati set sofa tersebut telah mengalami kerosakan (retak) pada kusyennya sedikit demi sedikit atas sebab-sebab yang tidak diketahui dan tertanggal sendiri sehingga menampakkan lapisan bawahnya.

Ibu saya merupakan salah seorang pemegang polisi skim anuati plan A55DS yang diperkenalkan oleh pihak KWSP suatu ketika dulu. Mula melanggan skim anuati yang diuruskan oleh pihak MAA sejak tahun 2000 dan kini skim itu telah pun mencapai tarikh matang yang telah ditetapkan. Malangnya semasa pendaftaran alamat surat menyurat tidak tepat. Ini kerana alamat surat menyurat berpandukan kepada salinan dalam kad pengenalan ibu saya.

Recently, I had applied for Tesco-RHB credit card. The reason was, I was attracted to the  promotion stating that there’s 5% rebate and near Chinese New Year they even had more rebates which comes up to 8%.

I’ve calculate the rebates will able to cover my gst of RM50, then I thought its worth it. Later when I received my RHB credit card statement the rebates was not exactly as they had advertise and I had to pay for the gst. This is really upsetting.. And at the same time OTHER BANK was also giving their customer rebates of 5%. I’ve

It was a nightmare of buying car from Proton.The car (Persona/Plat No) was registered under my brother name:Gan . Below are the scenario: In Oct/Nov 2009:I have registered with Proton(Perisai Wira Saga, the authorized dealer) for the old car exchange program. Sales person Mr R have attended me. He confirmed that i am eligible for the exchange program and the new car can be register for my brother.He have also offered me free gifts such as free tinted car windows,full tank of petrol..etc if we buy from him. So we paid RM100 for deposit and submitted documents as well as paid RM310 for no plat booking. 1st incident: My collegue and I were supposed to take the MAS flight from Penang-KL to attend the US visa application interview on 23rd Dec 2009 (10am). The flight was scheduled to be on 7.10pm (MH1137) but has been delayed to 9am wihout informing us in advance; thus making it impossible for us to reach our destination on time.

I want to share my bad experience with AirAsia recently. On 19Nov2009, I have booked for the flights AlorSetar (AOR)-Kuala Lumpur (KUL) 1720-1810 then KUL-Singapore (SIN) 1950-2045 for 16Feb2010 for my husband who is a Singaporean.
